Using the service

Check your records

AI can make mistakes. Check extracted details before saving or using them. PocketGeni is a record-keeping tool and does not replace professional accounting, tax, financial, or legal advice. Invoice entries do not track outstanding payments.

Plans, payments, and credits

The app shows available plans, prices, and credit costs before you buy or use them. AI features use credits as shown in the app. Failed AI requests return reserved credits. Paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; manage billing in the app. Payment availability and prices may change.

Your data and backups

You can edit and export your records using the tools in the app. Keep copies of records that matter to you. Local data may be lost if device or browser storage is cleared. See the draft privacy policy for information about processing and deletion.

Availability and changes

Features may change or be unavailable at times. The final terms need to explain how material changes, service interruptions, cancellation, refunds, liability, disputes, and consumer rights are handled.
